This Privacy Policy applies to the Photo Compress & Shrink mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), developed and operated by QiaoLabs. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We do NOT upload your photos to any server. All photo compression and processing is performed entirely locally on your device.
The App requests permission to access your photo library for the sole purpose of allowing you to select photos for compression. Specifically:
If you choose to take a new photo directly within the App, camera permission is requested. The captured image is immediately processed on-device for compression and is never transmitted externally.
Compressed output files are stored temporarily in your device's local cache directory. These files are used solely to display results and enable saving or sharing. No data is sent outside your device.
Compression history is stored locally on your device using your device's built-in local storage (SharedPreferences / UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.
This App does NOT use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services that collect user data. The only third-party service integrated is:
All in-app purchases and subscription billing are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card information, Apple ID credentials, or billing details.
Auto-renewable Subscription: The Pro subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings › Subscriptions.

Prices are in USD. Prices may vary by country or region based on local App Store pricing. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Since all operations are performed locally on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, your photos and private information are fully protected. There is no remote database, user account system, or cloud storage involved in the App's core functionality.
Because we do not collect or store personal data on any server, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete upon request. All locally stored data (compression history, preferences) can be cleared by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's local storage in your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
